Packlist should print 2 copies

Hi experts ,

i need help from you guys...

1. i need to take a print of packing list in 2 copies. can any one please help me out, how to do this .

points will be rewarded.

In the procedure for Output determination, Select REPEAT OUTPUT, and you can send it as many times as you want.

Hiya

Create a new output type from the one used for packlist and maintain record for the same. Now in ouput both the records will be called, however since they print the same thing you will have two copies....

Whenever you are issuing the printout , give 2 in the number of messages.

can u explain me in detail.. how we need to do ? if its in coding can u explain me with example.

if it is via settings then can u explain me through navigation.

is there any function modle is existing for taking print 2 copies..

Goto VL02N

Outbound Delivery> Issue Delivery Output>Select your Output type> Print options>

There your find NUmber of Messages

If you enter 2 , you will get 2 copies.

Hi Anupama,

Actaully output is set by functional people, hence you would have to do the needfull. Its actually quite simple.

If you want i can send yuo a detailed step by step procedure to do the same
