Hi

How to convert the VK13 data in to excel sheet

there is no option available in settings of this transaction

Plz throw some light on this issue

Hi Krishna,

Condition records in SAP cannot be downloaded into an excel sheet. SAP does not allow any master data to be downloaded.

Dear Krishna

Go to VK13, give PR00 and now click your mouse on "Condition Information" so that the system will ask you to enter Sales Organization, Distribution Channel and so many inputs.

If you want to convert the pricing for a particular customer, you can just give sales organization, distribution channel and customer code or otherwise without giving customer code, execute. The report will be generated. Select "List --> Download --> Spreadsheet".

IN the screen for the information you want to save select SYSTEM-LIST-LOCAL FILE.

in the local file you can save as whatever file you want wherever you want.
