billing plan in ps reports

HI ps friends

I have one issue.

In our case we are maintaining billing plan for project in scales document .

now we want to view this billing plan in reporting for a particular project.

I want to know that in which report it is possible to see this billing plan for project.We want to see the status of billing also that how much is invoiced to customer

any idea?please let me know

Hi Shashank,

You can view the sales documents for a project in Project Structure Overview through Transaction code: CNS41.

You can view the document through CN54N transaction for a perticular project.

But tell me one thing that in which report i will get the information that a billing is done.No doubt that i can view scales document from cns41 but i want in report format. i want a report.

In CNS41 Select Sales Documents in DB Profile- Choose Field ( F5 ) - Select Planned revenue/Actula revenue.

In report u can see the document no below the corresponding WBS
