Hi,
In my smartform , the printed texts is very dimmed in color
in my production server but not in
development server.
what will be the reason,whether the basis person have to configure
any font settings or not.

The Printers will be specifi to servers .
I guess the printer for production and development are different , hence you are getting this error.
