Hi Sankar,

For value mapping you need to mantain the table in the ID.For that go to TOOLS---->VALUE MAPPING.Over there specify the source and target values for Agency and Schema.than click on display this would open a window than go to edit mode and you can add various values for source and target.Next save and activate it.

Refer to the below link for the same:

The same can be used in message mapping using the value mapping function in the standard function. In that specify the same details and the input would be your source field.Than if the table contains any key that is equal to the value of the input than it would return the corresponding output else it would return null.

Thanks,

Bhargav.

A value mapping context to differentiate mappings from different applications

An agency, which manages an identification scheme (for example, a company)

The identification scheme used (for example, the scheme ?customer number?)

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/13/ba20dd7beb14438bc7b04b5b6ca300/frameset.htm

· The value of the object, which is dependent on the identification scheme, the issuing agency, and the value mapping context

Value Mapping Properties such as Agency, Schema for Source and Target messages can have Any arbitrary string values. But For the Value Mapping Context it should be http://sap.com/xi/XI

By default Value mapping context is http://sap.com/xi/XI for those created directly in Directory. So u have to give the context.

Context is something like the source form which Mappings are done.

Note that Value Mappings can also be replicated from external system via Interfaces in XI during Runtime. In such case when u want to differentiate the origin of the Mappings (recognize the external system from which u obtained the mapping), contexts will come handy.

Hi,

Give contex always as http://sap.com/xi/XI, coming to other parameters like Sender Agency, Sender Schema, Receiver Agency and Receiver Schema give some meaningful names and need to maintain values for the same combination in Integration Directory.

Let me know if you need some more information.

Thanks,
