Automatic workflow customizing SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING

Hi Friends,

I am getting issues with "Automatic workflow customizing - SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING". Can you all please look into this? The problem is

I entered the transaction "SWF_XI_CUSTOMIZING". There i can see that all are not GREEN.

Under "Maintain Runtime Environment", i have following items RED:

1. Schedule Background Job for Missed Deadlines.

2. Schedule Background Job for Work Items with Errors.

Under Maintain Definition Environment, following item is RED:

1. Check Entries from HR Control Tables

Everything else are GREEN. Can you please let me know why the above are RED and How to make it GREEN?

I have implemented FILE TO IDOC scenarion using BPM and getting a error of 99 in SXI_CACHE. Is this problem is because of the above are RED?

Hi Chris,

If you're using PI 7.0 and applied SP14, there's a bug which causes an error.

Please check SAP Note 1117735 - Business Workflow: Error in automatic customizing

You just need a minor fix so it won't give you a big headache.

Hi,

selct the Maintain Runtime/Definition Enviroment node, choose Perform Automatic Workflow Customizing. The system should now perform those steps automatically.

These steps are part of the post installation steps. You may also ask your basis teams if you have any problems with that.

I have selected the Maintain Runtime/Definition Enviroment node, and selected "Perform Automatic Workflow Customizing". But I am getting errors while peforming that.

1. Schedule Background Job for Missed Deadlines. GOT GREEN

but the rest are still RED.

what might be the problem for these being RED?

Hi,

did you (or your basis team) perform all of the postinstallation steps necessary?

the problem is with ur BPM...check ur BPM
