Idoc stays in R/3 with status 03

Hi All,

I have a outbound scenario which is working fine but suddenly all the idocs are are in status 03 and we are not able to see any idoc in XI.

I understand the idoc are lying in r/3. can anybody suggest me what will be problem and how to resolve it.

Hi,

Check the SM58 TC in R/3 whether u have any entries or not

And also have a look at this Error handling guide

Also

Please go to transaction SM58 and check if the IDocs are stucked up on the t-rfc queue. If so, you can right click and choose Execute LUW to release them.

or

Execute the program RSARFCRD and get the corresponding Transaction id and then execute the program RSARFCSE for processing the entries in TRFC Queue.

1) in R/3 check SM58 for finalize IDoc status, If there is 'nothing' displayed, IDoc is sent successfully, else error is shown.

2) If you made any change after run delete the entry from IDX2 (XI) and send IDoc again.
