Hi

It allows you combine all the elements of a particular template

if you use it in the main window you can protect the page

it also acts as page protection in main winodw

hi shiva,

I have put 4 texts in a folder which is page protected.

And i put some texts in all the texts.

If i see the output the text in those texts is not displayed in one page.

Then how it(folder) is useful for page protection?

Hi

This will be useful for the text related to item text which is to be displayed together not truncated

The system will handle the same and it will check whether the text will be fit in one page or in other page

Hi,

Actually folder node used for page protection. But your 4 texts may be exceeding the page size then it won't work. Better you check for 2 texts one time.

hi abhi,

the purpose of folder is:

The protect and endprotect command in sapscript doesn't work with smartforms.

so to do that we use this folder.

By using a folder node and checking the 'protect' checkbox, everything in that folder will be page protected.
