We are currently setting a customized transaction type for correction.
We have copied standard "Urgent Correction" to a new "TSMC product
correction". We found that "Priority" and "Category" fields in "SupportMessage" are copied correctly to "Change Request" after action "Create
Change Document".
However, when we try to copy "Priority" and "Category" from "Change
Request" to "TSMC product correction" after authorization, values in
these two fields are not copied. Could you tell me why are these two
fields not copied?

There is a customizing step in spro transaction you have to do in order to do that...
go through:
SAP Solution Manager Implementation Guide -> SAP Solution Manager -> Configuration - > Scenario-Specific Settings -> Change Request Management -> Extended Configuration -> Change Transaction -> Change Transaction Types -> Copy Control for Change Request Management
and execute activity Define Mapping Rules for Copy Control.
Make sure that you've adapted the customizing to your newly defined transaction type "TSMC product
correction".
