I just want to know that is there any link on service.sap.com where I will find out when 4.7 support will end, when ecc.5.0 support will end etc, I just want this information Plz help me.

Yes. Go to the PAM on Service MarketPlace. End of mainstream maintenance for 4.7 110 is 03/19/2009.
