COM routine error using application program (return code 40,134)

All,

In Interactive Demand Planning ( /SAPAPO/SDP94 ), when im trying to load data in a planning book ther is an error 'Error while calling COM routines using application program (return code 40,134)

is encountered.

What should I do ?

Hello Steve,

Return code 40.134 means a key figure operation tried, via a key figure anchor, to dereference a key figure object that does not exist in the liveCache. This problem is due to master data inconsistency in the application.

You might as well want to open an OSS message in accordance with SAP Note 167280.

reinitialize the planning area

you can try to run /SAPAPO/TS_PAREA_INITIALIZE for the planning area with a same or new dates that are that for the current planning area

looks like a live cache inconsistency error

pl run the consistency check jobs

/SAPAPO/TS_PSTRU_CONS_CHECK - for MPOS

and also

/SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK - for time series/livecache

/SAPAPO/TS_LCM_PLOB_DELTA_SYNC - for livecache/MPOS sysnc
