What do you mean by SCM 5.0 Cookbook?

Genarally cookbook is clint specific business processes mapped into the system and refrence guide to the team how to use the system as per the business processes mapped.

Are you refring SCM's user training material?

Rather than using a Cookbook, the configuration and processes can all be configured and understood using the SAP Best Business Practice. This uses building blocks of configuration to set up differing processes depending on your companies requirements:
