Error in SAP Installation , Dispatcher nto starting

Hi,

I am in the process of installaion of nW2004s in Ms SQL server .

When the Central instance is running , the sapinst could not restart the sap from sap management console.

When i tried to restart SAP from MMC the dispatcher gets stopped in 2 mins. Pls hlep
