convert .ear file to .sda file doubt

Hi everyone,

I need to deploy a .ear file to my J2EE engine in a Web Dynpro App. There is a .xml file in this .ear file. I have read when I want to deploy this file to J2EE engine via SDM I must convert this .ear file to a .sda file.

Can anybody tell me how to achieve this?
