Hi,
We have an issue with respect to Purchase order.
The PO has a material M1 with Qty 10, when its delivered the user was able to take the delivery twice.
So now we have Delivery 1 with qty Qty 10 and Delivery 2 with Qty 10. This means PO has 10 qty and delivery made for 20.
We made checks on Delivery tolerance, its maintained as Zero.
Ideally the system should have not allowed the second delivery to happen. This scenario happened only thrice and we are unable to replicate this as well.
Any pointers on this very much appreciated!
Hi
In the Delivery Item Category - you have to specify the system's reaction for the overdelivery. There you can configure for throwing a message or Error and thereby not allowing to create the delivery.
Thanks,
Ravi

Hi Chandru,
Based on above Rao mentioned you check Delivery item category T Code : 0VLP.
