Parent not O.K.:DNL_CUST_PROD1

Hi all,

I wanted replicate material from ECC to SRM...After launching R3AS transaction it appera me a pop up with the following message:"MATERIAL: Object is in status Wait", in R3AM1 I display this error message: "Parent not O.K.:DNL_CUST_PROD1".

How cai I resolve this problem?

Usually the main reason for these replication jobs not running properly are due to

1. Site setting (SMOEAC)

2. RFC Destinsation (try remote login in SM59 from ECC to SRM and Vice Versa)

I think you are trying to replicate material without doing the basis object replication. You need to make sure that the following objects has been replicated successfully( Green Light should appear):

DNL_CUST_BASIS3 (units of measure, dimensions, and currencies)

DNL_CUST_PROD0 (product categories)

DNL_CUST_PROD1 (product categories)

Hi Imthiaz and thanks very much...

in fact DNL_CUST_PROD1 (product categories) status is SYFAIL whith error message "The current application triggered a termination wi..."

What does it mean?

then probably you are missing some configuration. Please make sure if have properly configured the back end table entries in CRMCONSUM,CRMRFCPAR, CRMPAROLTP. As said earlier, make sure SMOEAC has been configured properly.Make Sure RFC connection SRM<--->R/3 is connecting fine without any authorization issue.

Please delete queues from SMQ1 and SMQ2 on both servers SRM and ECC.

In R3AM1, please cancel failed object DNL_CUST_PROD1.

Re-run loading of object DNL_CUST_PROD1

Hi Yann and thanks for replay. Now DNL_CUST_PROD1 request is in abort status but when I use R3AS transaction the situation doesn't change.

Maybe is there an other problem?
