Hi,
I have got problem in the configuration of NWDI.I am not able to go to the Landscape Configurator and Transport Studio.I have assigned the roles:LcrInstanceWriterAll,LcrInstanceWriterCR,LcrInstanceWriterNR.But I am getting unauthorised user error.Could you please suggest to proceed.

I have checked all the roles in the portal where the NWDI configuration has to be done.The mentioneed roles are not there.Could you please suggest where will find all the mentioned roles??

This settings you will find in NWDI server.
http://<server>:5<instance>00 go to UME, sign in as administrator
create users(for NWDS) and put a dummy password ( this password will be expired on first logon as it is on J2EE ) and go to assigned groups where you can find those groups. search for those groups listed in the 2nd post (case sensitive). after creating users, you need to log in for the first time and the old password would be expired and you have to put the actual password here.

The NWDI comes shipped with the following groups:
NWDI.Administrators (all below)
NWDI.Architects (define product versions, software components)
NWDI.Configurators (define tracks etc)
NWDI.Operators (transportation management in CMS)
NWDI.Developers (Check in-out source code from DTR)
NWDI.Qmanagers (Quality assurance - approval)
NWDI- Configurators and Operators should be good enough for what you want to do.
