SSO not working for ICF service calling through ITS

Dear Friends,

Strgange problem related to SSO.

We have configured EP with R/3, SRM and BIW.

Infact it the configuration work fine except at below scenario at SRM.

SSO works fine when we call RFCs of SRM.

SRM is configured with ITS server.

The scenario is when we call SRM ICF (Internet Communication Framework) service through ITS, it is prompting the logon screen.

Even we checked the user's priviliges over ICF service, it is absolutely fine.

When we enter the valid logon credentials, it will login to SRM Screens without any problem. When I try to click the same link, again it prompts logon screen.

Where I am wrong? Where could I found the root cause of the problem.

Any hope. Early reply appreciated.
