Hi,
in srm workflow, WF-BATCH user always locks table SWWWIHEAD.
Can somebody tell me how to look in to this issue from Basis point of view?

Do you have any issue in application side bacause of the lock ?

no we do not have any issue on application.but this lock happens regularly. why? and how to resolve this issue.
Is there any entry with WF-BATCH user in SM58 transaction ?
Is there any error entry in SWI2_DIAG transaction ?
If no errors, no issue for workflow.
