MCJC & MCI7 report

Dear Experts,

MCI7 report is showing data against equipment but if i select functional location it is showing nothng.????

Same is the case with MCJC, in MCJB against equipment data is there, but in MCJC, against functional loc, no data?? please guide

Dear

If you have create maintennance order for functional location only it will reflect on MCI7.if you have done some maintenance job on equipment which is installed on FLs then it will only reflect on equipment level only not at the fucntional location as rule applies for MCJC and etc

It means for these reports , ,, we have to hide equipment field from notification and have to generate notifications against functional location only... is it?? i am correct .........plz guide

you don't need to hide equipment field ,just create notifiation or order only specfifying the functional location only

Hi,

Example : Equipment # 1001 and FL is HT-WT-ERT

Equipment 1001 is installed in FL HT-WT-ERT.

MTTR 1001 is 10 hrs and FL HT-WT-ERT MTTR is 100 hrs.

When u run the report MCI7 or MCI8 for equipment it will give MTTR hrs only 10 hrs which is for eqp 1001.

When u run the report for HT-WT-ERT and u can get the result only 100 hrs wrf into FL.

eventhough equipment has installed in FL , but it wont give the result for the both.
