What is he transaction code by which the End User raises a report incident in the system which is directed to the Solution Support.

I had not logged on to SDN for a long time. I saw ur query just now. Hope the below response is helpful.
You can create support messages using the help -> Create Support Message option Or can you also create messages using transaction NOTIF_CREATE
