incompletion log

When i was creating sales order it showing incompletion log.

hi,

incompletion is to ensure we fill up the required details to complete a sales order.

so if its showing incomplete plese go to edit incompletion and fill in the required details and your document will be complete to proceed for further processing.

normally these are master data fields to be maintained at the customer and material master level. Incase you did nt want some field to be part or want to add to incompletion log then go to

SPRO > SD > Basic functions > Log of incompleteness. Here you can customize as per your needs.

Hi Rajendra,

The incompletion log is because, while creating Sales Order you might have missed entering the Data for some fileds, which have been maintained in the Incompletion Procedure, which is assigned to your Sales Order Type.
