Join tables ADR6 and USR21 by PERSNUMBER.

Or report RSUSR007, which is started by a transaction with the same name.

It uses the released and stable BAPI_USER_GET_DETAIL interface to access the information, so you won't need to create your own queries or work out which table / field is the real one.

Achtung: Some tables for "address type data" are obsolete, depending on your release.

This report doesn't give me the e-mail address itself, just a green tickmark in het email field for users where it's entered. Am I overseeing something?

(Got the ADR6 table via F1->F9 etc. in NW2004)

Hi Jurjen,

Yes, you are correct. My mistake (I assumed an empty field which is expected to be empty, would contain the data when expected to find data..

Actually, the BAPI has the ability to deliver the email address, but the report only confirms whether it is maintained or not (without showing the actual address).

Perhaps that fullfills the requirement (completeness check only)?
