I am not able to creat the SD-Message i am get this problem:

"Error in local message system; message & not complete"

Help me plz

All Users of Service Desk for creating support messages need to be created as Business Partners in Solman. Did you do that?

When creating each user as a Business Partner (of type Person), you need enter info in their "Employee" role. Make sure their Solman User ID is entered correctly in the Identification Tab. Then save it. After that you need to open the role "Business Partner (Gen)" and enter in the Identification tab, solution manager's and all other satellite systems Identification numbers (Eg, ID Type=CRM001, Id Numbers=SID Installation# Client UserID)

Try this and it will work.

It could be any of the following:

1) If you are getting this error in the satellite system then check for RFC connection between that system and sol-man. It should be trusted. If it's non-trusted then make sure that the User ID listed in the connection in SM59 is created as a Business Partner with the right authorizations in Sol-man

2) Incorrect configuration of Business Partner of the ID that logged in to create the message

3) Make sure you have fetched all the SAP components and fetched the IBase....
