PR00 not changeable mode in consignment Fillup after billing

Former Member

Dear Friends/SAP gurus,

As u know,

In Domestic Sales order processing,

ORDER>DELIVERY->BILLING/INVOICE. And once the billing is over, Sales order gets automatically updated and PR00 price condition type at item level will become GREY(No changes can be done after Billing)

But in Consignment sales process(1st step-Consignment Fill-Up) ORDER>DELIVERY>PROFORMA BILLING. As this is not the original Bill, PR00 price condition type in SALES ORDER will be in OPEN MODE( can be changeable)

But as per my client's requirement, even in Consignment Fillup, after creating PROFORMA billing, sales order should ger updated and PR00 price condition type should become GERY(NOT CHANGEABLE MODE).

we are using PR00---MANUAL CONDITION

kindly help in this regards...points asssured

hello, friend.

Lakshmipathi is right. the only way for the pricing fields to be greyed out without invoicing is to maintain 'D' in manual entries.

however, if you need to be flexible in pricing, maintain 'D' in manual entries in V/06 and do the specific pricing in VK11 (taking note of validity dates) with customer/material access sequence.

regards.

Dear Friends,

Here we are using Manual condition type PR00 only...We cannot go for Automatic pricing.

My requirement is once proforma billing is over in Consignment Fill-up, PR00 price condition in VA02 should become GREY(not changeable mode)

Ur help will be highly appreciated

Dear krishna

In two ways this could be controlled.

1) With the help of your Basis team, authorization should not be provided for those users who you dont want to access VA02.

2) By applying User Exit : MV45AFZZ and with the help of ABABer, you can control changing the PR00 value in sale order.

thanks

Dear Krishna

This control is in V/06. Go to V/06, select PR00 and see what is maintained in "Manual entries". If you dont want manual interruption, maintain "D" here. Now try to recreate.
