I would like VAT Num and CST num to be visible in the billing output.

CST and VAT details are maintained in j1id "Customer Excise Details".
Take the help of ABABer, ask to include these datas in smartform and whenever print out is taken, the datas will flow.

You can get these details from J_1IMOCUST Table
(CST No -J_1ICSTNO and LST No - J_1ILSTNO)
Ask your technical person to write a code for this details in the output program.
