Dear Balaji

If your network is big and you are unable to control from India, in that case, you can have plants abroad and from there you can cater to all overseas customers.

Also if that plant is not manufacturing a particular product but manufactured in India which have a great demand in foreign country, you can stock transfer to your plant abroad. By this, you can grab the overseas market.
