Easy DMS Error

Hi,

When I try to add document/ folder to the public forlder in easy DMS I get the following error messages:

"Field TAB_INDEX is not part of the structure BAPI_DOC_DRAT"

OR

"Field TAB_INDEX is not part of the structure BAPI_DOC_FILES2"

However, this only happens for our test system. In the development system I do not have this error.

Has anyone faced this problem?

Any solutions?

I have got the answer.. there was a problem with the class assigned to the documents. The characheristics were not transported completely

check the implementation of BAPI_DOCUMENT_CREATE2 and BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHANGE2..

you might be missing this field somewhere..

HI,

What do u want me to check in the BAPI's ?

I have not changed anything in it. Do I still require to check it.

Further this error is not appearing in my Development server.

The patch is also the latest one for EasyDMS (SP09 patch 3)

Hi,

We got the same error after installing SP09. We uninstalled easyDMS SP09, reinstall and restart your machine and login into easyDMS, that will take care of this problem.

BAPI might differ in both the systems!!

you can also try reset rfc cache and then logon from easyDMS,
