CTM planning generates planned orders very late for Schedule lines - Urgent

Hi experts ,

We have transferred SD schedule line's from ECC to APO and we are running CTM. But the planned orders for the product in question are generated

*) For many schedule lines together . That is if there are 10 schedule lines for each of them separate planned order is not generated . But a single planned order is generated for all of them

*) Also if the schedule lines are in the month of say aug - oct , then the planned order is generated only in oct.

Please suggest a solution. It is very urgent . Please help

Hi,

What are the planning strategies you are using in the CTM set-up. If it is backward scheduling, the planning results should be fine if the Master Data Settings tab settings ignores 'Lot Size'. You can also use a variable planning parameter called 'BackwardConsumption' with Value1=X to ensure FIFO planning.
