Solution Manager integration with Wily

Hi,

Can someone help me by giving me steps on setting up Wily with Solman 4.0 (windows).

I need to setup Wily for Java monitoring, but couldnt get enough information on how I can link Wily with Solman. All helpful information will be rewarded.
