Solution manager Diagnostics and Web dispatcher

Hi everyone,

I am still in a learning phase and hope that I'll get more knowledge from you all.

Ques 1. Use of Web Dispatcher ?

1. ABAP only or 2. JAVA Only or 3. ABAP+JAVA environment

Ques 2. Use od SMD ?

1. ABAP only or 2. JAVA Only or 3. ABAP+JAVA environment

Hi!

The sapwebdisp can be used in front of ABAP and/or Java Systems. http://help.sap.com offers nice guides and examples.

SMD is running on Java (typically on the Java-Stack of your Solution Manager) and used for Java. Implementing it is mighty troublesome but when you get it working it's very useful as well.
