one order with 3 quotations

Hi Friends,

CAn any body help me in this scenario.

Can we creat an order with 3 quotations? i mean i have 3QT's for same customer, and if we want to creat a sales order with 3 line items from each quation, is it possible? if possible what are the required configurations steps?

Dear Samatha,

We can create single order with reference to 3 quotations.

Go to transaction: /nva01

Enter order type : ZOR

Sale org :xxxx

Dist.channel:xx

Division :xx

Press enter

Click on “Sale document” and select Create with reference

Then enter 1st quotation number & click on “COPY” or “Selection list”. Then click on “Copy “.Then all line items which belong to quoation1 copy to order.

Then,

Click on “Sale document” and select Create with reference

Then enter 2nd quotation number & click on “COPY” or “Selection list”. Then click on “Copy “.Then all line items which belong to quoation2 copy to order.

Then,

Click on “Sale document” and select Create with reference

Then enter 3rd quotation number & click on “COPY” or “Selection list”. Then click on “Copy “.Then all line items which belong to quoation3 copy to order.

Now save the sale document.

Hi,

You need to maintain the copy control settings between the quotation & the order. Use transaction code VTAA for this. The source document will be the quotation & the target document will be the Sales order. Just copy the already maintaines settings of "quotation (QT) to sales order (OR) & change the document types as per your requirement. Save the settings.

How to create:

1. Go to VA01 - enter the sales order type - click on "create with reference" - select "quotation" - select the quotation number 1 - click on "copy" - the system will copy all the line items from quotation 1 to sales order - you can delete the unwanted line items - in the menu bar above click on "sales order" - then click on "create with reference" - click on quotation - select the quotation number 2 - click on copy - the system will copy all the items from quotation number 2 in the same sales order. Delete the unwanted items. Similarly repeat the same procedure for the quotation number 3.

You can create sales order of that customer with reference to that customer, even though he has 3 quotations.

hi samatha,

you can create a sales with ref to 3 quotations and its all available in standard config settings only.

create order with ref to the qutation normally and after entering the sales order from the menu select sales doc > create with ref and give the next QT and so on.

Hi Samatha,

You need to check your Copy controls for configuration level if this does not help ask your programmer to work on routines to fulfill your requirement.
