Usage of Altova XML Spy

Hi,

My Scenario is IDOC-XI-SOAP

Is there any chance to use the XML Spy here,

What are all the possibilities to use the XML Spy and in which scenario's

You can use XMLSpy, if your scenario is like SOAP -XI - ANYTHING.

Then if it is the case means,

In IDOCXISOAP Scenario, how can i check the end to end functionality whether it is working correctly or not

I dont want to interact with the Webservice directly So first i want to check the functionality and then i will interact with the webservices

Then in this case what shld i do

go to RWB > component monitoring>Integration engine-->test Message

there you can test your scenario

hi suman,

no, you cannot use the altova to test this scenario, as raj said before you can use it only for WebService-PI-Any

Thats because altova only allow you to created request for wsdl only

In Any scenarios where SOAP is at the Sender Side You can trigget SOAP messages from there to XI

For IDOC --- SOAP using XI You would probably need some Webservice at the reciever Side
