printer set up in QM

Hi experts,

I would like to ask if there are printer settings in QM module?

Like for example, printing GR documents for quality inspection stocks?

Hi,

In QM you have Printer control & settings in Quality Inspection , Quality Notification , Quality Certificate etc.

For print control related to Quality Inspection , you can ref to T code CQ85 or use the path in SPRO

QM->Quality Inspection->Define Print control,Forms,...

there are several printing options in QM. Typical documents that can be printed include labels, sample drawing instructions and inspection instructions.

Printers can be defined in confiiguration.

Can you be a bit more specific in what you want? QM personnel don't typically get GR documents. For incoming receipts however you might have sample-drawing instructions printed out in a lab that tells the techs to go draw samples for testing and how to draw them.
