Monthly utilization problem.

Dear All

While doing utilization for for the month of Feb-08 the key user has maintained todays date i.e.07.03.2008.and done the utilization.i.eJ2iun.

As it has posted in todays date it has done utilization till today.

Now we want to revese the same and want to do the same in 01.02.2008 to 29.02.2008.

How we can do this?Plz guide.

Dear Deepti,

I think it should not be a problem with it. You have to take care in the next utilisation.Because in this utilisation you have more payable amount on the credit side. The authorities would not have any problem with but if you have any problem you can post a Excise JV to cover up.I think you cannot reverse the utilisation extries.
