Button missing in SAP GUI 7.10

Hi experts!

I am currently using SAP GUI 6.40 without any problems at all, but my client is using version 7.10 patchlevel 4 and is having some trouble. In a customized transaction which is a copy of MIR6, in my system I can see a button to delete lines which my client cannot see. Do you know if patch 6 of SAP GUI 7.10 provides any correction of this issues? Do you know were I can see the improvements made in this version?

I've connected from my computer with my client's user and password (SAP GUI 6.40 r18), and I can see the button, but they can't (SAP GUI 7.10 r4).

I'm think you need to open a Customer message directly on

service.sap.com Report a Product Error.
