Hi SAP Gurus,
I have created a delivery with reference to an order, but while doing PGI getting error message:
"Delivery has not been put away / picked completely".
Please suggest what settings needs to be checked.
Thanks in advance,
Naveen
Hi Naveen,
You have done the delivery but missed the Create Transfer Order step which has to be done
before PGI.
Follow below steps:
1) Goto VL02N, Enter the delivery no and click on "Subsequent Functions" from menu and
select "Create Transfer Order".
2) This will take u to "Create TO for delivery" Screen.
Check and enter correct warehouse no,delivery no,Keep "Adopt Pick quantity" as 2.
This will take to the next screen.Save it.
This Creates TO and Post Goods issue for your delivery.
Thanks,
Umesh Karane.

hi!,
Please check the Material Master...whether the material is created in that plant /st.location ,WareHouse and Sales Area.
Then check whether there is quantity for that material .
Then check whether Picking /Packing is completed.
I hope after following above steps you shouldn't give that error.

Hello,
If material is warehouse managed and your plant and storage location are assigned to warehouse , then picking will done with Transfer order LT03.

Dear Naveen
If you have saved the delivery document, go to VL02N otherwise try with VL01N.
Now select the "Picking" tab. In this you will see a field with Header "Picked Qty". Maintain the same quantity what is appearing in "Delivery Qty" and try to do PGI. In both these columns same quantity should be maintained.
thanks

Ensure that in Delivery, Delivery Quantity & Pick Quantity is the same. Picking is pending as per message in VL02N.
