Change request management- Urgent correction

Dear All,

I am implementing CHARM. While processing change request ticket I am not getting "In development" action after approving the change request.

Thats why I am not able to move further actions like "Create transport request", "Release transport request", "send to tester" etc...

Please help me in this.

Hi Nikhil,

Apply SAP note # 919477. This note explains about changing Condition settings for a particular action. It might solve your problem.
