Replication of PO data to the backend

Hi All,

We are using Extended Classic Scenario in SRM and were able to replicate the PO related data to the back end system.

The problem starts --> when the PO is changed and approved then the data from the SRM system is not replicated to the backend system.

Any leads to this problem !!!

Hi Venky,

Just check if there is any work flow active for the change version of P.O.

You can use SWE2 txn. to check the event linkages of various business objects. In your case check for BUS2201 and verify whether any change version work flow is active or not ?

Also check the security level of the suer using SU01D txn. under the Personalization tab by double clicking on BBP_WFL_SECURITY.The security level should be medium to affect the changes.
