Hello,
I´m customizing the Service Desk of Solution Manager to send a menssage to ask for support. When I click in "new" that is located in the Service Desk window of SOLUTION_MANAGER transaction, it opens a screen to create the new message. But it should show all the SAP components, it doesn´t show anything. If I go to dswp_csncomp table (software components) is empty. I found out that this information should be downloaded from SAP using RFC destination SAPOSS.
If I test the RFC destination I get this error:
ERROR connection to host 204.79.199.2, service sapdp99 timed out

How can I solve this problem??, Can I get the software component from another place without using SAPOSS??
Thanks for the help in advance,
