Assertion flooding log file in SRM-MDM

Hi Experts

We are facing problem with one of our SRM-MDM server. When we click to load repository in MDM console its showing all the time in loading stage. It never load completely, There is no error but no output. Other side effects is its dumping Assertion Log quickly, It generate every 5 second 1 MB file. We have latest support pack applied SP02 Patch 4. Our sandbox is running without any problem. Can any body help me out.
