NWA link not allowing to logon Urgent

Dear all,

Till yesterday we were able to login to Nwa as well as portal link. But since we have restarted server , now j2ee engine is running fine but

when we enter login and password in Nwa or portal URL

It doesnt allow to login neither it throws any error.

It comes back to original login screen.

Please help urgently.

i have encounterd same issue some time back and fixed by sap note 791649

Symptom

Administrator user tries to perform a form based login to Portal's or

other application's login page with correct password.

>> This attempt does not fails, but the result is the same login page.

Other terms

Portal J2EE Login keystore TicketKeystore browse_keystore_view UME

Webdynpro form based login ticket Content Administrator

Reason and Prerequisites

User cannot login to Portal, or any other application

using ticket authentication , because the user based

security permission set of J2EE keystore view TicketKeystore is inconsis

tent - the required role "browse_keystore_view" is missing or is not

granted to the respective security resources.

This inconsistency is caused by synchronization problem at the very

first start of the J2EE Engine.

Solution

Remove the corrupted keystore view and restart the engine.

For this use VisualAdmin tool -> server X -> service -> Key Storage GUI

node. Select TicketKeystore view and press "Delete View" button.

Rajesh ,

SAP has taken connection and resolved SSO error now as we were doing this config for BEX analyzer configuration.

Could you please provide any document for SSO config.

We have posted message to SAP as below , please go through the same.

Case I

when we change or remove logon module from Ticket ( security provider of VA) then no user is allowed to login to portal but we could able to open query from Report designer.

case II

When we do all required changes in Ticket , we could able to connect through portal but we are getting error for Report designer.

Please sugges required settings for both. As suggested by you we have made all 3 entries in Evaluate_assertion_ticket.

Hi. You test the login from another server or PC ?
