hi,

still you need to carry the same domain experience that is required to learn for example an SD module requiring knowledge in sales&distirbution and marketing. However incase of Industry specific solutions the time implementation comes down as its desinged specifically for a particular industry. An IS- OIL module from the sales point view would need a person to have an understanding on the regular sales process atleast to start with not really mandatory that he should be from oil industry. If it is then its a little better.
