Help on How to Filter Users by DataLicense type.

Hi All,

I was looking with the SUIM transaction a form to do this Query:

All the SAP users with contractual user type: mySAP Business Suite Professional (Cat II)

or All the SAP users with contractual user type: mySAP Business Suite Employee (Cat IV)

For each user you can do that: SU01 -> write USERXXX -> F7 -> go to the tab LicenseData (the last one).

Please some tip or idea.

Best Regards,

Erick ILarraza

You might be able to find the table using F1 from there when your cursor is in the field (perhaps Auke and Jurjen also hit F1 at the same time :-).

Otherwise try transaction USMM (= report RSUVM005, which is not in the SUIM report tree).

(Note that SAP removes their standard users as USMM if for licensing measurement).

Cheers,

Julius
