hello every one ,
when i up the sap MMC console it come to yellow 2 green for some time and it come 2 yellow state and the
status of the system will be in ended state
what i have 2 doo can u suggest me

Hi. You can login into system with GUi (and Portal on NWA if exist) and normally work?
When open MMC press refresh, if will be all green that all ок.

1.TNS Listner
2.SAPOSCOL
and check the service and logs.
