My client wants to c the gross amount in the sales order on the main screen instead of havin to go to the conditions tab and is not convinced by my statement that it is not visible n the main screen. Hence I am tryin to get it confirmed with my fellow consultants.

You would appreciate we cannot always fulfil client's requirement.

At times we need to convince them that it is standard SAP and we cannot change anything in that. They will be accustomed over a period of time.
