Where we write ABAP code in Smartform?

Can anyone explain me about this, please.

hi surendranath,

u can use both program lines, & initialization tab in global definitions. both serves same, in any of them u can write the node. the program lines node, u can place it wherever u require in the order, i.e after some node like that, its not possible in case of initialization.

use program lines nodes to enter ABAP coding and I insert program lines at the appropriate position in the tree structure
