SRM missing customizing workflow

Hello All,

Can anyone explain to me how to enable the SRM Application Component in transaction OOCU?

In our customers DEV system this component is available except not in QAS/PRD, is it something to activate in the IMG?

Hi,

I'm not clear your issue. Is that SRM node is not listed in the OOCU transaction ?

Please check the transaction SWU3 and make sure Runtime Environment is Green.

Yes, in transaction OOCU the SRM entry in column "Application Component Abbreviation" is missing.

I don't know how and where to activate this component. The runtime environment in transaction SWU3 are all green. Do you have any other suggestions?

Hi,

Can you check the same in the other client or client 000?. I guess some issue was during client copy.
