You need to do settings in NACE for output determination & also assign J1IB under Logistics Gen>Tax on goods movement>India>Business transactions>Export under excise regulations> export> Make setting for ARE1 document. In that node assign this J1IB & also maintain the no of copies required.
In the same way you need to maintain settings for deemed export for ARE3.
In NACE, select ME-Inventory Management, click on output types, then seelect J1IB & click on processing routines. Here in Processing 1 put in details for ARE1 & in Processing 2 give details for ARE3:
Program: J_1IPRNTARE
Form routine: ENTRY_ARE1
Form: J_1I_ARE1 or J_1I_ARE3 (Standard form which can be modified by ABAPer as per customr requirement)
You also need to specify the printer: Logistics Gen>Tax on goods movement>India>Business transactions>Export under excise regulations>Printout of ARE document> Specify printers. Here give Ctype as J1IB, Plant, SLoc(FG), Output device, check the Immediate box.
