difference between print and print preview

dear friends

invoice print preview is showing the amount as 8000 (Gross6000+tax2000) , but user takes the printout it is showing the amount 14000 ( we are suspecting that system is calculating gross 2 times before printing.)

please let me know where i have to check for this error.

how system is showing the correct value in print preview and getting wrong value in the final printout.

Hi,

Once chekc in header conditon in billing either it is picking gross value twice or what or base price.

If every thing is fine tell to your ABAPER to debug in the smart form which ur using. it is picking up gross value two times or what at the time of print.
